Q1. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. There may be a mold fee.
A: Since this product is high-value product, we can accept sample by discount. Should the production be large in quantity, we may even consider re-funding for the sample.
Q3. What is your MOQ?
A: We do not have MOQ request. You can order just 1 sample car. However, additional packing and operating cost will be charged if delivered in LCL way.
Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q5. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 15 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q6: How do you control the quality?
A: We take pre-production, in-line and final inspections to ensure all the machines can meet the quality standard for world wide customers.
Q7: How to deal with the problems appear during the operation of the game center?
A: We provide technical solutions to customers in the form of video, text,or online video and phone with our technicians to solve the problems.

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

A: Generally, we pack out goods in containers by iron frame. If you have special requirement we can follow.
